My name is Alejandro Betancourt and I am pleased to share with you my experience as a real estate agent in Usaquen, Bogota - Colombia.

Selling quickly as a foreign owner in Colombia.

I hired Alejandro to help me sell my apartment in Bogota in April 2022.
 
I had a particularly difficult situation as a foreigner trying to sell my apartment while living outside of Colombia. I needed to find a real estate agent who was not only competent, but who I could trust implicitly (being bilingual was also an advantage).
 
I was very happy when the sale of my apartment closed in June 2022 (very fast for Colombia!).
 
Alejandro did a great job, was completely transparent and knew how to complete the proper paperwork at every step. In addition, he really excelled at finding solutions to any minor obstacles that arose between me and the buyer.
