  • Construction: Habital Grupo Promotor will be responsible for all necessary civil, hydrosanitary, metal-mechanical, and electrical works for the project.
  • Operation: Roots Rentals, with extensive experience in managing properties for short and long-term rentals, will operate the building. Their fee will be a percentage of the generated income, excluding those from food and beverages.


LEGAL STRUCTURE

A corporation (SAS) has been established to group investors and own the building. This corporation contracts both the operating company and the constructor, and is responsible for structuring and managing the processes, strategies, and regulations necessary for the project's and brand's operations.
