In the residential area, a total of 3,800 m2 of swimming pools are divided into approximately six pools. In addition, the Beach club area has two swimming pools. (The m2 of mirrors/water facades are not included in the footage).

A design that integrates into the environment inspired by the silver reflections of the sea. The silver tone of the concrete on the building's facades represents the reflection of the silver sea conceptualized in this project.
The configuration of the building generates a central water channel, a river that flows into the Beach Club, and a sheet of water that joins the project.
The entrance halls to the apartments are camouflaged with a green element on the south side, which acts as a shade for the project and blends in with the tropical green environment.
