Gesproin Group has signed an agreement with PEARL BEACH CLUB to become the Beach Club of the project. Both owners and guests will have access to it with special discounts. Additionally, Gesproin Group will offer transportation service to the beach club once the vacation operation starts.
9. CAN I RENT OUT MY APARTMENT?
Gesproin Group offers its buyers the option to manage their apartment for maximum profitability, but it is not mandatory to do so with us. Currently, negotiations are underway with a hotel chain for the project's operation. If the agreement is reached, vacation operation through that operator would be mandatory.
