With its 11,000 m2 and a long list of services, the Beach Club is the social hub of Cana Bay, an elegant and exclusive place for members and guests to gather and enjoy the infinity pool, panoramic terrace, library for special events, and private beach. For all visitors and tenants, there is a consumable cover of 35 USD per person, applicable to food and beverages.
Owners can opt to purchase an annual membership to the beach club. The current cost of membership is 400 USD per year per adult. Owners with membership do not have to pay the 35 USD cover, but their tenants and guests must.
Racquet Club
Cana Bay Racquet Club features two tennis courts and two covered paddle tennis courts, both with artificial grass. Club members will enjoy playing under the Caribbean sun or at night under perfect lighting. The paddle tennis courts are covered by a roof, and classes are available.

Hard Rock Golf Course at Cana Bay
Currently, Cana Bay owners and residents can play at the Hard Rock Golf Club at Cana Bay at a reduced rate. Owners can get a 50% discount, and visitors get a 20% discount on fees. To obtain the discount, the owner must present their owner's card or request the reservation through Cana Bay.

They may have access to the same services as the general public, such as casino access and day pass when the hotel makes it available.
How much does the Hard Rock day pass cost?
146 dollars per adult, 72 dollars per children up to 12 years old, from 10 am to 6 pm, the sale of day passes depends on the hotel's occupancy.

It is in the process of approval.
Does this project have the permits to start construction?
The project has successfully managed the corresponding requests and permits for the technical development stage, prior to the sales launch. According to our schedule, permit development is progressing satisfactorily, suggesting that, for the scheduled start of construction, we would have the approvals from MIVED. Currently, we have obtained the No Objection from the Municipality, No Objection from MITUR, and the Cana Bay Permit. The documentation is aligned with the current phase, having everything necessary to move towards the final phase and meet the construction start schedule.
