Located in the heart of Bavaro, just a few steps from the beach, is this exuberant and exclusive project. Secret Garden is a residential complex of 278 apartments divided into 8 blocks, 49 villas or townhouses and a fabulous commercial area.

 

The project will be developed on a 50,000m2 plot and will feature a wide range of amenities such as gym, coworking, beach volleyball court, restaurant, pool bar, mini golf, swimming pool (1,800m2), pool and children's play area, as well as large garden areas.

MASTER PLAN AND RESIDENTIAL TYPOLOGIES.



Secret Garden is a closed project that will have a commercial area, an area of single-family homes, duplexes and villas, and an area of apartments.  In total there are 327 apartments, of which 19 are duplexes, 64 are studios and 278 are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

 

Which apartments have a picuzzi?


  • All penthouse apartments.

  • All first-floor palm view apartments (blocks F, G, H).

  • All corner apartments in blocks F, G, H, both palm and pool view (all levels) Typology 3.

 

What is included in the apartment? All apartments are supplied with oven, hob, extractor fan and air conditioning.

 

What is the cost of the furniture package? We will be working on the design of the furniture package very soon. We will keep you informed.

 

How many parking spots per apartment? One parking space per apartment, two parking spaces for the villas. We will have parking for visitors.

The standard payment plan is the same for all projects (We can evaluate any other proposal).

 

  • 5.000 US$ Reservation.

  • At the signing of the sales contract 25% is completed (Max 30 days after reservation).

  • 55% during construction (monthly, quarterly payments).

  • 20% upon delivery. (Estimated March 2025, 1st phase - December 2025, 2nd phase).

  • Final payment during construction (December 2024 1st phase and September 2025 2nd phase).
