Details:
A design that blends in with the environment inspired by the silver highlights of the sea. The concrete silver tone in the building facades represents the reflection of the silver sea conceptualized in this project.
The building configuration generates a central water channel, a river that ends at the Beach Club, and sheet of water that unites the project.
The apartment access halls camouflage with a green element on the south side, acting as shading for the project and mimic with the tropical green surroundings.
